Australian Unity appoints portfolio manager for new initiative
Victor Windeyer is the new portfolio manager in charge of the development of a new healthcare investment-focused initiative. The new project is set up for strategic investments in Australia’s health and ageing sectors. Windeyer moves across from QIC.
Mine Super appoints CRO and deputy CEO
Vasyl Nair is the new deputy chief executive, moving from a role as chief risk officer. Nair originally joined the fund as chief strategy officer. Jason Theng is the new chief risk officer, promoted from an executive manager role of operational risk and compliance.
Suncorp Super appoints executive manager of member proposition and innovation
Moving across from Media Super, Jennifer McSpadden is the new executive manager of member proposition and innovation at Suncorp Super.
Pendal appoints head of HNW distribution
Pendal Group has secured Lee Hopperton as its head of high net worth distribution. Hopperton was most recently the chief executive and distribution head of value manager Auscap Asset Management in Sydney.
Aberdeen welcomes insto director of Aus and NZ
Vishal Sharma is the new institutional director of Australia and New Zealand for Aberdeen Standard Investments. Sharma was most recently with finance as a senior associate.
