/CFS FirstChoice adds Quay Global fund
The Quay Global Real Estate Fund (Unhedged) is now available on the Colonial First State (CFS) FirstChoice platform on the wholesale, superannuation and pension menus. The fund is managed by Bennelong and invests in real estate securities listed on global exchanges.
BlackRock restructures Australian equities offering
BlackRosk is restructuring its Australian equities business after an internal review. The new strategy is to align the company’s offering with changing customer expectations, with changes proposed for the BlackRock High Conviction Australian Equity Fund. The High Conviction Australian Long Short Fund and the High Conviction Australian Future Companies Fund are both being closed.
The remodelled arm of the business will have a core concentrated portfolio benchmarked to the ASX 300 index.
Global X launching covered call products
The first fully systematic, index-tracking covered call products are soon to be launched by Global X on the ASX. Three new strategies are being launched:
Global X S&P/ASX 200 Covered Call ETF (AYLD)
Global X S&P 500 Covered Call ETF (UYLD)
Global X Nasdaq 100 Covered Call ETF (QYLD)
QYLD and UYLD will pay monthly distributions and AYLD will pay quarterly.
HUB24 launches ESG functionality for advisers
HUB24 is now offering financial advisers an environmental, social and governance (ESG) ratings service to help advisers make investment decisions regarding their clients’ ESG profiles and preferences.
