FSC appoints director

Nick Fels, the chief executive of Bell Asset Management, is the newest appointment to the board of directors at the Financial Services Council (FSC).

New senior ombudsman roles created at AFCA

The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) has announced seven new senior ombudsman roles, which have been filled. This brings the team to over 80 ombudsmen and adjudication panel members to deal with the tens of thousands of complaints received every year.
