AMP Capital appoints ESG investment team members
Emily Woodland and Adrian Williams will both join AMP Capital’s ESG investment team. Woodland is to join as the co-head of sustainable investments, based in Hong Kong. Woodland moves from ADM Capital. Williams is to become ESG director of real estate and listed equities, an internal promotion. Karin Halliday has moved from AMP Capital in Sydney to London to support global ESG capabilities.

Macquarie Group makes senior appointments
Jillian Broadbent is the newest independent non-executive board member of Macquarie Group and Macquarie Bank, joining with a long list of big names behind her. Martin Stanley has been appointed as group head of Macquarie Asset Management and is to join the executive committee, based in London. Stanley has shifted from being global head of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, and is to take over the new role from Shemara Wikramanayake. Ben Brazil is to step down from his role as Macquarie’s group head of corporate and asset finance and leave the executive committee.

Future Fund appoints new board member
John Fraser, former UBS global asset management chief executive, has joined the board of guardians of the Future Fund. Fraser’s history as a board member includes on the boards of the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) and the Australian Council of Financial Regulators.

Aberdeen loses head of distribution
Simone Bouch has moved on from Aberdeen Standard Investments after eight months.
