FinClear launches unlisted securities digital facility

Fintech company FinClear has launched FCX, a registry for unlisted securities based on distributed ledger technology (DLT), a.k.a. blockchain tech. FCX is a live digital registry for unlisted companies, with capital raising tools to be added later in 2022. Capacity for operating as a fully licensed liquidity venue with same-day settlement is to come in 2023.

NGS Super closes socially responsible option and two others

NGS Super has closed its responsible investment option to new members from 20 April 2022, along with its Shares Plus and Moderate Groth options. They will be permanently closed from 31 May 2022. The socially responsible fund is being closed because the whole superannuation fund is committed to net-zero and ESG has been integrated into all investment options. The stand-alone option is no longer required.

HSBC launches global infrastructure fund

HSBC has launched its first Global Listed Infrastructure Equity fund, with a diversified portfolio of listed infrastructure assets across developing and developed equity markets. ESG factors will be considered, with a focus on communication, energy, transport and utilities.

BetaShares launches digital health and telemedicine ETF

The BetaShares Digital Health and Telemedicine ETC has been launched, offering investors a portfolio of leading global digital healthcare companies, tracking the Nasdaq CTA Global Digital Health Index. The ETF offers exposure to up to 50 global digital healthcare companies in telehealth, medical devices, wearables, remote patient monitoring and digital healthcare software sectors.

Janus Henderson launches net zero ETF

The Net Zero Transition Resources Active ETF has been launched by Janus Henderson as investors work through the transition to net-zero via global equities. The fund offers exposure to diversified global natural resources companies operating in the materials, energy, agricultural, industrial and utilities sectors, holding 25-50 companies diversified by sector, market capitalisation and country.
