SMSF Association appoints head of membership

Neil Sparks is the new head of membership and corporate development for the SMSF Association. Sparks moves into the role from head of policy and technical services at BT, where he has been for 15 years.

Cboe appoints head of communications, marketing specialist, client relationship manager

Stephanie Duncan is the new head of marketing and communications for Asia Pacific (APAC) at Cboe. Duncan joins from Mason Stevens in a similar role. Risa Iwamuro has been appointed as a marketing specialist for Australia and Japan. Sarah Gardiner has been appointed as a client relationship manager.

AFCA CEO reappointed

David Locke has been reappointed in the lead role at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), set to serve a new five-year term from June 28.

Goldman Sachs farewells chair

Christian Johnston is leaving Goldman Sachs as chair of the board, retiring from the partnership. Johnston will become an advisory director and resign from the Asia Pacific Management Committee.

Aviva Investors welcomes client solutions director

Shiqi Wang is the new director of client solutions for APAC at Aviva Investors. Wang moves into the role from Algebris Investments.

Cbus CEO departs, interim appointed

Kristian Fok has been appointed as interim CEO of Cbus after Justin Arter left the superannuation fund. Fok has been the investment chief at the fund for over 10 years.

Diana Mousina has been promoted to the role of deputy chief economist at AMP Limited. Mousina joined AMP seven years ago as a senior economist.

Mercer Super appoints executive team

After merging with BT Super, Mercer Super has welcomed on board its executive team, being led by Corrin Collocott, the new chief investment officer of Mercer Super and Multi-Sector and deputy CIO in the Mercer Pacific business. Prior to the new role, Collocott was CIO for BT. Andrew Wallace is the new head of personal super and member experience at Mercer Super.
