/TAL wins Life Company of the Year award
The Plan For Life/AFA Life Company of the Year Platinum Award has been given to TAL in recognition of its quality products and services for 2021. This marks the fifth year running that TAL has won the title. Runners up were MetLife, NEOS Life and PPS Mutual. NEOS Life won the overall Servic Quality Award, Underwriting and BDM/Business Support Awards. ClearView was a finalist in all three client service team awards. AIA Australia won the Claims Team Award.
MetLife won the Term/TPD Award, NEOS Life won the Trauma product award, while TAL won the Income Protection Insurance product award. PPS Mutual won the 2021 Risk Product Innovation Award for its profit share proposition for policy holders, and Challenger won the top Annuity Provider Award.
