CBA appoints new director
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has appointed Paul O’Malley as an independent non-executive director on the CBA board as of 1 January 2019. Brian Long is retiring from the board, from 31 December 2018. O’Malley was the managing director and chief executive at BlueScope Steel.
