AMP Capital appoints new associate director for social care, portfolio manager and analyst
Daniel Pilbrow is the new associate director for social care at AMP Capital, moving into the role from several healthcare organisations where he served on the board. These organisations include the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Cell Therapies, and the Royal North Shore Hospital Public Private Partnership project. Michael Debs has been hired as part of the utilities infrastructure team for Europe and Asia as portfolio manager and analyst. Debs moves across from Citi's utilities research team. Debs has won multiple awards for his stock-picking. 

TWU Super appoints new board member
Michelle Harwood is the latest addition to the TWU Super board as employer director. Harwood was the operations manager at TransTrain, a training organisation, until it closed earlier in 2018, and serves as chair of the Tasmanian Transport and Logistics Workforce Advisory Group, executive director on the Tasmanian Transport Association board, and a director at Transport Women Australia.

Macquarie appoints new board members, CEO
Shemara Wikramanayake has been announced as the incoming chief executive at Macquarie, with Philip Coffey an independent director on the Macquarie Group and Macquarie Bank boards. Wikramanayake replaces Nicholas Moore, who is retiring, as Macquarie Group's CEO and managing director in November, also joining both boards. Coffey was Westpac's deputy CEO until he retired last year. 

Energy Super appoints GM customer insight and product
Sean Marteene has been appointed to the newly-created role of general manager of customer insight and product at Energy Super. Marteene moves to Energy Super from Aon.

Departures

AvSuper Fund chair to retire
George Fishlock is to retire from AvSuper Fund's board early in 2019 after 20 years as a director and being chair since 2003. Fishlock has also served as chair of the investment committee, and audit, compliance and risk committee.
