Zurich launches new quoting platform

In the never-ending bid to provide greater efficiencies, Zurich has unveiled a new life insurance quoting and application platform designed to save advisers time and effort.

The platform, ZXpress, offers time savings of up to a third on their old platform, the company statement said, offering a more cohesive and intuitive experience with the capacity to share quote and application data with other advisers within a practice, providing flexible payment options (benefit splitting and super linking), with client details stored inside the system for quicker review.

New additions will include an IRESS Risk Researcher interface to simplify the quote-to-application process. This platform replaces the LifeXpress system. The new Zurich systems are reportedly similar to OnePath and BT’s, and is made using the same company as ANZ’s platform.
