Adviser Survey on Health & Wellness
“Adviser Survey on Health & Wellness 2016” report is available free from Strategic Insight, Actuaries & Researchers. Included are detailed survey responses on current attitudes and perceptions towards health and wellness programs from an adviser perspective, and a summary of programs offered by each Australian Life Insurance provider.
The Survey posed the open-ended question “What should Life Companies be doing to promote customer health and wellness?” Over 200 responses were received from participants to this question. Our approach was to synthesize the research by interpreting responses, identify key themes and research findings based on a set of standardized response topics.
